About Us

“Changing your business through theatre” is a workshop that helps people in the customer driven environment to build their confidence, interpersonal abilities and other soft skills using theatre.

This workshop is all about helping you to better your people skills and daily interactions with customers and potential clients - pushing you out of your comfort zone to gain the confidence you need to speak in public, to be bold, engaging and inspiring.

In theatre we're always presenting, speaking text or lines that are delivered to have an effect, to influence people, to persuade them or inspire them or challenge them, which are the same techniques used to win over new clients and keep existing ones.

Preparation is key in both the theatre environment and the customer oriented environment.

To become familiar with the lines, we have to know what we're saying, to whom and why, but we have to practice our communication skills in a rehearsal room where we can try things out and discover different ways of doing things.

This is the opportunity that the workshop presents to customer related clients, to help their staff understand the importance of building a clear communication channel between the customer attendant and the customer. This is done through of exercises that have been developed to better enhance the communication skills of the customer attendant.

Throughout the workshop we will use simple and effective exercises which will encourage you to be yourself, with more confidence and skills. These are the skills which will help you to grow as a customer oriented service provider which will help enhance your personal performance in the working environment.
